BREA, CA, February 7, 2012 – Kapco Global today announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement for AAXICO to join the Kapco Global family. According to Bill Korth, AAXICO’s CEO, “Together, our companies have been providing one hundred years of service to the aviation community.” This year AAXICO celebrates its sixtieth anniversary, while Kapco Global celebrates its fortieth.
The joining of the two companies is part of Kapco Global’s strategic plan to broaden its product breadth and increase its market presence around the world.
