Steve leads warehouse Operations for Proponent’s facilities in California, the Netherlands and Singapore. He’s passionate about growing and developing a great team of logistics professionals, and loves finding new and innovative ways to support Proponent’s suppliers and customers.
Before joining Proponent in 2021, Steve spent the previous 10 years with Boeing, leading their Spare Part and Modification programs. Prior to Boeing, Steve was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, and also lived in mainland China for 2 years.
Upon moving to California from Seattle, Steve, his wife Sarah and their 3 children have embraced the sunny climate and adopted two California desert tortoises, Rocky and Monty.
