A lifelong learner, Jacob is most at home in collaborative environments, engaging in problem-solving discussions, and developing creative solutions. Joining Proponent in 2014 as a Materials Engineer, Jacob has since taken on roles within supplier partnerships and business innovation. As Director of Materials Management, Jacob strives to maintain industry leading product availability for Proponent’s customers – delivering best-in-class service levels. By streamlining the supply chain, his team helps to strengthen supplier partnerships and create new value for customers.
Jacob recognizes the value in Proponent’s culture of employee ownership and appreciates their investment in growth and development. He is passionate for continuous improvement and enjoys mentoring fellow employee owners, as well as learning from his own mentors within Proponent. In his free time, Jacob enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and sports – including basketball and football.
